What Tivah is
Tivah is an AI-powered conversation assistant for service businesses. It handles inbound customer messages on WhatsApp and other channels using your verified business data.
Tivah is not a replacement for professional advice. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial guidance. It answers business inquiries based on data you provide.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information (services, prices, hours, policies)
- Keep your business data up to date
- Monitor the escalation queue and respond to flagged conversations
- Comply with applicable laws regarding customer communications in your jurisdiction
- Not use Tivah for harassment, spam, or deceptive practices
Our responsibilities
- Operate Tivah with reasonable uptime and reliability
- Ground AI responses in your verified business data
- Escalate conversations when the AI is uncertain
- Maintain a complete audit trail of AI decisions
- Protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Be transparent about pricing, limits, and overages
Billing
Tivah is billed monthly or annually. Prices are as listed on our pricing page. We provide at least 30 days notice before any price change. Founding Partner rates are locked in as long as the account remains active.
Overage charges apply when you exceed your plan's conversation limit. Overage rates are published on the pricing page and in your dashboard.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees, no exit interviews, no retention calls. When you cancel:
- Service continues until the end of your current billing period
- You can export your data before the end of service
- After service ends, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
AI limitations
Tivah uses AI to generate responses. While we ground every response in your verified business data and validate claims before sending, AI systems are not perfect. Tivah may occasionally:
- Misunderstand an ambiguous customer message
- Escalate unnecessarily (we err on the side of caution)
- Be unable to answer a question that your data technically covers
In all uncertain cases, Tivah is designed to escalate to you rather than guess. The audit trail lets you review every AI decision.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
