What we collect

When you use Tivah, we collect:

• Business configuration data: The information you provide about your business -- services, prices, hours, FAQs. This powers the AI responses.
• Conversation data: Messages between your customers and Tivah. This is stored to provide conversation history, audit trails, and service quality.
• Contact data: Customer names, phone numbers, and other information captured during conversations, as defined in your business configuration.
• Account data: Your name, email, phone number, and billing information.
• Usage data: Conversation counts, response times, and feature usage. No message content is included in usage analytics.

How we use it

• To operate Tivah -- responding to your customers with accurate, verified information
• To provide your conversation audit trail
• To improve the AI's accuracy for your specific business
• To send you operational notifications (escalations, usage alerts)
• To process your payment

We never sell your data. We never share your business data with other businesses. We never use your conversation data to train AI models for other customers.

Your data rights

• Access: You can view all data we hold about your business at any time through your dashboard.
• Export: You can export your complete conversation history and business data.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• Audit trail: Every AI decision and data access is logged. You can review this trail at any time.

Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Business data is isolated at the database level -- no other business can access your data. Our audit trail is append-only and tamper-evident.

Third parties

We use:

• WhatsApp Business API (Meta) -- to send and receive messages on your behalf
• Stripe / Paystack -- to process payments (we never see your full card number)
• AI language models -- to generate responses, governed by our claim validation pipeline

We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or data brokers.
